Shipping Information

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing then 2 days for shipping. This may change due to influx in orders, If so we will notify customers on our socials. If you have any questions about your order you can email us at cosmeticspinkpoison@gmail.com.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Refunds: Buyers can only receive refunds within the first 48 hours of purchase. Once your product has been moved to Pre-Shipment, you can no longer receive a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances. 

Returns and Exchanges: We do not allow exchanges or returns to our site due to health and safety regulations.
